CANCELLATION: After 1st late or cancellation you become subject to a deposit. in the event of canceling an appointment the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee. IF POSSIBLE, please try cancel appointments 24hrs in advance.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: There will be no exceptions, in the event of rescheduling after a NO CALL/ NO SHOW , you will be required to pay a MANDATORY 50% of the total cost of service.
LATE POLICY/RESCHEDULING: Clients are allowed a 15 min grace period after their scheduled appointment time. Please contact me either by call/text message, if something comes up. After 15 minutes your appointment is subject to cancellation.
